What members say
Every review here is from a Club 100 member and was read by a Parent Council officer before it appeared. We publish good and bad reviews alike.

Our reviews policy
- Who can leave a review. Only Club 100 Direct Debit members (one-off card entries have no membership page), from the secure link to their own membership page that we email to the address they joined with (leave a review). That is why every review says Verified member. One review per member — you can change yours whenever you like.
- Not from us. Parent Council officers who run Club 100 don't leave reviews, and we never write, edit or suggest a review for anyone.
- How we ask. When we ask for reviews we ask every member in the same way (for example, one email to all members) — never only people we expect to be happy.
- How we check them. Every review is read by a Parent Council officer before it appears on the website, usually within a few days. If you change your review, it is checked again before it reappears.
- Good and bad alike. We publish positive and negative reviews alike. We never remove or edit a review because it is critical, and we never change anyone's words or stars.
- The only reasons we don't publish a review: it is abusive or offensive; it contains personal information; it is spam or off-topic (not about Club 100 at all — complaints about prizes, payments, the draw or how we run Club 100 are on-topic and are published); it is a duplicate; or it breaks the advertising rules for lotteries (for example, by showing children taking part or appealing to under-18s, making untrue claims about the odds or prizes, suggesting that playing could solve money worries, or encouraging anyone to play more than they can afford). If we don't publish yours, your membership page tells you why, and you can change it and send it again.
- Nothing in return. We never pay for reviews or offer anything for them — no extra entries, no better chances, nothing.
- The average includes every published review.
- Your number or your name. You choose what your review shows: your membership number (for example “Number 46”), which doesn't show your name (though anyone who knows your number could recognise it), or your first name. Never your surname or email address. Numbers can change, and a number goes to someone else after its member leaves, so if you choose your number and later change it or leave Club 100, your review shows “Club 100 member” instead — never a number that may now be someone else's. See the Privacy Notice.
- Where reviews appear. On the Club 100 website, and we may share them on the Parent Council's Facebook page — exactly as published, except that a review showing a number is shared as “Club 100 member” (a Facebook post can't change when a number passes to someone else). We never edit them, and we never use them on posters, flyers or anywhere else.
- Withdrawing. You can withdraw your review at any time from your membership page: it is deleted from the website straight away, and if we shared it on Facebook, that post is removed within 7 days. If you have left Club 100, email us and we will delete it within 7 days.
